配送ポリシー
世界中に発送！
ご購入いただいた商品はお支払い後3～5営業日以内に発送されます。
発送はUPSのドアツードアサービスで行われ、追跡番号が付きます
トルコからの配送には約2～7営業日かかりますが、通常はそれより少し短くなります（配送先によって異なります）。
適用される可能性のある関税や税金は購入者の責任となります（ほとんどの場合、税関で問題が発生することはありません）。
Folle は税関問題による遅延については責任を負いません。
返品・交換ポリシー
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, full refund minus shipping costs is available.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days since delivered to you
Shoes must be returned in unused, undamaged condition.
Please try on the shoes at home on a clean surface
Returned shipping costs are at the customer’s responsibility
All items will be inspected upon return before refunded.

The package is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.
Please DO NOT ship the item back with private companies (UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx etc.), Nor with EMS or any kind of express or priority mail service.
Express parcels are regularly delayed in customs and might be returned to sender at her expense.
We kindly ask you to use regular registered mail with a tracking number
