Доставка по всему миру!
Ваша покупка будет отправлена в течение 3-5 рабочих дней с момента оплаты.
Доставка осуществляется службой UPS от двери до двери с номером отслеживания.
Доставка из Турции занимает около 2–7 рабочих дней, обычно немного меньше (в зависимости от пункта назначения).
Покупатели несут ответственность за уплату любых пошлин и налогов, которые могут применяться (в большинстве случаев проблем с таможней не возникает).
Folle не несет ответственности за задержки, вызванные таможенными проблемами.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, full refund minus shipping costs is available.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days since delivered to you
Shoes must be returned in unused, undamaged condition.
Please try on the shoes at home on a clean surface
Returned shipping costs are at the customer’s responsibility
All items will be inspected upon return before refunded.
Please contact us for the return address.
The package is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.
Please DO NOT ship the item back with private companies (UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx etc.), Nor with EMS or any kind of express or priority mail service.
Express parcels are regularly delayed in customs and might be returned to sender at her expense.
We kindly ask you to use regular registered mail with a tracking number
US customers - Please ship via First Class USPS service.
